Wed - May 14
I left work and there were some looming storms but I seemed to
have dodged them all the way to Roosevelt State Park near
Jackson, MS. I was actually planning on making Jackson, TN
but I took a wrong turn northeast of Dallas and ended up on
I-20 instead of I-30.. Oh well, that's life.
Thu - May 15
Rode in the rain most of the day, pretty heavy at times. Nothing
special here, just riding to get to the campground.
I showed up around 3pm and setup my tent. There were already
close to 30 people there.
Tonight, was treated to 4 star cuisine including Brats and Sushi... LOL
Fri - May 16
I rode with Shuey today, on the way to the lunch spot where
the CampSTOC and FriendSTOC event attendees were going
to meet.
It was pretty cool to have two events close enough to share
a meal.
After lunch, Shuey, Landon and myself rode part of the Blueridge
Pkwy back to the campground.
Sat - May 17
I took my time getting up and just hung out talking to everyone.
Then, I packed up and started heading back. Just another boring
highway ride to make it back to the Jackson, MS campground.
Sun - May 18
A ride home, just the highway, nothing special.
